Technical requirement:
1. The window frame, window seat surrounded by aluminum profiles from the system.
Profiles surface should be smooth and flat, can not have zouwen, crack defects.
2. Welding parts weld to weld fully, weld the surface should be smooth processing.
3. Remove window manufacturing tolerance: Height and width allow deviation is 2mm, the assembly to sllde and window seat should be1-upper 2mm clearance, suppery course and window seats in front end between due2-3mm clearance to ensure move window activities without jammed and flexible, abnormal phenomenon.
4. Hosing test blunt water test not less than the nozzle diameter 16mm, nozzle not less than0.2 Mpa pressure, nozzle to blunt water distance to 2.5-3m, blunt water time for 3 min, windows without water, such as or reverse leakage phenomenon for quallfied.
